Develop business leaders of the future with our End Point Assessment
Business and Administration as a sector in its own right spans a whole host of career paths and opportunities, in practically every industry.
That may be why it was the 2nd most popular apprenticeship sector in the UK as of 2021/2022 (gov.uk), with over 77,000 people starting a business and administration apprenticeship in that period.
TQUK’s Business Standards
As an End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO) Training Qualifications UK awards a number of standards in or adjacent to the sector, including, but not limited to:
TQUK Level 3 End Point Assessment for ST0070 Business Administrator
TQUK Level 2 End Point Assessment for ST0072 Customer Service Practitioner
TQUK Level 3 End Point Assessment for ST0071 Customer Service Specialist
TQUK Level 3 End Point Assessment for ST0122 Digital Marketer
With those four standards alone, there a few limits on the range of industries in which an apprentice can put their skills to use.
These roles call upon people who thrive in a team, usually working alongside multiple departments, with a highly varied day-to-day professional life.
Business Administrators for instance show excellent administrative skills, alongside strong knowledge of the product or service their business delivers.
Those aiming for a career within Customer Service must utilise an understanding of the customer and their needs, and apply that alongside superb communication skills.
At Training Qualifications UK, we're particularly proud of our own Customer Service Team, who support our clients and their learners on a daily basis with a combination of swiftness, honesty, empathy, and most importantly, treating people like human beings.
Speaking of treating people like human beings, for every single EPA we award, we conduct a live planning session with your apprentice, you and the employer - to ensure they feel comfortable and respected, and are set to achieve their best possible outcome when it comes to the assessment:
